Gina Vickrey

Professional Organizer

Gina moved to Seattle from the Midwest in 2014. She and her husband had vacationed to the Pacific Northwest the year before and fell in love with the area. She graduated from Bradley University with a bachelor’s degree in biology and then obtained her teaching certificate in secondary science education.  She also has her master’s degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology in math and science education. In her 20 years of teaching math and science, Gina really enjoyed collaborating with colleagues, building a rapport with her students, and developing and creating lesson plans that were fun and educational – all skills that she still uses when helping people organize.

Even as a child, Gina enjoyed organizing her toys and closet. She carried her love for organizing into adulthood and her professional life. She helped her mother downsize from a three-bedroom home to a one-bedroom apartment, in the process sorting through possessions and paperwork accumulated over decades. Her mother can now locate things with ease thanks to her simplified, organized space. Gina decided on a career change from education to organizing and looks forward to helping her clients in a similar manner.

In her free time, Gina enjoys exercising, hiking, traveling, attending Seattle Mariners and Kraken games, and spending time with her dog and two cats.
